This effort is a proud continuation, respectfully honoring Jon Kongsgaard’s Chardonnay techniques and craftwork. Christopher Vandendriessche is the North star guiding each fermentation and vintage while I humbly apprentice.

Fermented in barrel, native yeasts, extended sur lie aging in barrel. Extremely limited production.
